Most clients start with a managed plan. We also handle one-time projects and repairs.
Managed IT Plans
You pay one flat monthly price per computer. We monitor and update every machine, keep antivirus running, set up and test your backups, protect email with two-step login, and fix problems remotely or on site. Each month you get a short report showing what we did and what needs attention.
Plans start at $30 per computer per month.
Security Plans for Tax & Accounting Offices
We write your office’s written information security plan (WISP), set up the protections it describes, and keep it current as your office changes.
Office Setup
We handle new computers, wifi, printers, new employees, and office moves, and we document how everything is set up so the next change goes faster.
One-Time Fixes
If something breaks and you just need it fixed, give us a call. We’ll connect remotely or come out, and bill by the hour. You don’t need a plan.
